New Planet Specialization System: Dedicate your worlds to either social or industrial output. Four new planet types to colonize and exploit (Barren, Ferrus, Greenhouse, Oceanic), each created with beautiful high-res textures. Most ominously, the Trader factions have been loathe to expand to these worlds due to the dark myths that surround them.According to the announcement the DLC will be launching on June 5 for $5 and will include new planet types, planet specialization, technologies, planetary bonuses and additional Steam achievements. The need to survive forces each to expand into the unknown, discovering worlds of hazard, wealth, risk, and mystery. Yet, this sector of the galaxy has far more worlds and history than any of the factions are aware. The war between the loyalists and the rebels within the TEC, Advent and Vasari continues within the depths of Trader Space. Skyboxes are from the Sarcifice of Angels 2 Mod and others are made by myself.Stardock has announced that the space strategy title Sins of a Solar Empire: Rebellion will be expanding with its first DLC pack, Forbidden Worlds. Textures for planets and stars have various sources: the Celestia Motherlode, Freebitmaps, Google and myself. Infinite Space has a minimod which scales down all units and structures down by 75%, this adds in realism and atmosphere. New planet icons, the addition of new skyboxes and the modification of the starfield make it all much more appealing. 
In Infinite Space, planets are rendered completely different creating dramatic terminators. Infinite Space features a new kind of planet bonus system which makes more sense (no more "Dense Core" and "Porous Core" at the same time!). Infinite Space includes a 1vs1 map with our own solar system!

Ice Giants: the gas giants colder version. Forest: an abundance of fauna and flora makes this a favourable planet. Oceanic: a planet with more than 95% liquid coverage. Carbon: a carbon rich and oxygen poor planet with high pressure levels. Hydrocarbon: a planet with much higher levers of hydrocarbons than others. Infinite Space features 6 new planet types which have to be researched to be colonised: changing the overall feel of the game into something much more intense. 
Infinite Space is mainly a visual mod that adds alot to the vanilla game: new planets, background, enhanced effects, new music, etc. !!
